Q.What is your minimum rental time?
A.Our inflatable and interactive game rentals are 6-hours. However, if you require a shorter rental period, please feel free to inquire about alternative arrangements. Please note that photobooth rentals have a minimum duration of 3 hours.
Q.Is set up and tear down included in the rental window?
A.The rental window is your time to enjoy your event and not for set up or tear down. We will be ready and set up at the starting time of your event. You will receive a call the day prior with details for delivery time, typically delivery is made 90 before the start time.
Q.Where is your company located?
A.We are based out of Edgewood, WA, and serve Pierce and King counties.
Q.What if I dont know what to rent for my event?
A.Yes, we love helping! Need ideas on how to increase the fun? Reach out and we would love to make some suggestions for your event!
Q.Do you have more inventory than what is listed online?
A.Yes, we highlight new inventory regularly and are open to expanding it. All suggestions are welcomed. Be sure to follow us on Instagram for the most up to date news!

Q.What if my event is in a public park, or the location requires a certificate of insurance? (COI)
A.Yes, we are happy to service parks. However, electricity must be available within 50 feet of our set-up location, or a generator must be rented. Permits will be required in many public parks and are the responsibility of the renter.
EMF Party Rentals is Insured for up to 3 million dollars in aggregate coverage and can offer Certificates of Insurance naming specific insureds when needed. Please call or email us directly. We do require a minimum of 2 business days for processing.
Q.What types of events do you cater to?
A.We cater to various events, including weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, as well as city and school festivals. If you have a specific event, please get in touch with us for more information.
EMF Party Rentals is SIOTO Certified and listed with the Washington State Labor & Industries approved Amusement Park list of inspected and certified companies.
Q.What is your cancellation policy?
A.Our cancellation policy varies based on the rental item and the circumstances. We require 72 hours notice before the event for cancellations. Cancellations made with less notice will result in no refund of charges. Please note that inflatables will not be set up outdoors in the event of winds higher than 15 mph or if rain is forecasted. Credit will be provided for rescheduled events due to adverse weather conditions.
Q.Do you offer delivery and setup services?
A.We are thrilled to include set up, tear down, and delivery prices in your rental fee for inflatables. What you see is what you pay... no hidden costs!
Set up is not included for tables and chairs but can be added to your reservation if needed
